Who we are

His coaching supports senior leaders operating under pressure, ambiguity and visibility, where judgement, influence and consistency matter. His style is warm but direct, calm, thoughtful and commercially grounded, with a focus on practical progress and real-world leadership decisions.

Where useful, Will draws on tools such as Enneagram personality profiling to build self-awareness and support more deliberate choices in how leaders operate under pressure and relate to others.

All coaching sessions are completely confidential and can be conducted remotely or in-person, depending on location.
