His areas of expertise include supporting leaders of all levels with their professional growth, while equipping them with essential skills to confidently and effectively understand and manage their teams. Will is an accredited Enneagram Practitioner and holds a diploma in Transformational Coaching from the ICF Accredited Animas Centre for Coaching.
He lives in Brixton, in South London, with his partner of 14 years and two very noisy cats.

Recognised by the ICF, he has held multiple esteemed positions, including Centre Director with Animas Centre for Coaching, Senior Coach & Facilitator for Ivy House London, More Happi, Elev8 Performance and Jenny Bird Executives.
Robert’s client experience includes working with numerous widely known national and international corporations, including Lloyds Bank, NHS, Ford Motor Company, BT, Heathrow and many others.
Robert trained as an actor, immersing himself in physical theatre during his early career. From there he focused on theatre and education, where he fostered collaborations with esteemed organisations like Creative Partnerships and A New Direction.
Alongside Educational Consultant Mathilda Joubert, Rob discovered his love for impactful training and facilitation.

Jack became a mental health ambassador for Mind and YoungMinds after being diagnosed with depression, bipolar tendencies and anxiety shortly after the 2012 Olympic Games. Jack has also worked with the House of Commons on the topic of mental health reform in elite sports.
Retiring at the age of 28 from a career that included European titles and world championships medals, Jack stepped into the corporate world to lead on wellbeing at BBC Studios during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jack continues to coach professionally in track and field. His most coveted athlete is an Italian national record holder, world champion and triple Olympian.
Jack’s areas of expertise include mental health, men's health, performance, wellbeing, overcoming adversity and resilience.

Emily is passionate about working with people who are looking for a change in who they are and how they work and are keen to challenge themselves to grow. She uses her coaching skills and a broad range of research-based methods to explore the inner relationship with self, and how we relate to the internal and external systems we inhabit.
Emily aims to uncover natural intuitive knowledge that is innate in all of us and explore what our emotions and body can teach us about how we can thrive in this ever-changing world. She draws on a vast range of tools and techniques from NLP, Transactional Analysis, neuroscience and mindfulness to meet the client where they are in their world to support, challenge and provoke exploration and growth.
Emily is passionate about helping others to find their own resilience through self-compassion, somatic practice, self-awareness and personal development.

Roanna is passionate about helping companies move their people agenda forward by offering a fresh perspective on leading people. Focusing on innovative and modern techniques while staying pragmatic and solutions focused, she takes inspiration from the diversity around us and always treats people as individuals.
Roanna knows about people and is able to quickly analyse any problem and provide solutions based on your company’s goals. She often pushes against convention to ensure your company remains unique and your employees truly engaged.

In her career, Alethea has skilfully navigated both standalone and high-performing team roles within complex matrix organisations. She offers a nuanced understanding of employment law, robust HR operations, and a comprehensive skill set in negotiation, compliance, performance management, and coaching. Alethea's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and her focus on driving long-term, impactful change, make her a valuable partner in any organisation's journey toward HR excellence.

Krissi brings a unique blend of creative and leadership experience to Zenith Leadership. As a professional actor, she has performed at the National Theatre, appeared in numerous film and TV series and worked with industry giants including Ridley Scott. Her work has received awards and critical acclaim across stage and screen.
Alongside her acting career, Krissi served as Managing Director of a creative agency, where she led multimillion-pound projects and collaborated with leading organisations such as BAFTA, the BBC and Warner Bros. Her experience spans storytelling, performance and building high-performing, values-driven teams.
