At Zenith we tell people that we create exceptional leaders.

We recognise that this is a bold promise. After all, anyone can claim to create exceptional leaders. So we thought it would be useful to set out why we believe this to be true. To show you who we are, how we do it and how we could turn your C-Suite – or management team – into confident, effective, authentic and exceptional leaders.

Who we are

Zenith Leadership is the culmination of a friendship and professional partnership that goes back over a decade. We first met during a coaching training session and bonded over our shared fascination with leadership development, and how the practicalities and values of leadership are shifting to better align with modern workplace culture.

We understand the challenges of being a leader because we’ve been there ourselves. Between us, we have over 20 years of senior management and director-level leadership experience and have coached and facilitated senior leaders for two decades. We have collaborated with and supported the likes of BT, NHS, Siemens, Heathrow, ADAM Architecture, Steer Group and Scottish Widows to empower leaders and managers to face their environments with confidence.

With this depth of experience and understanding we made a simple decision to work together and Zenith Leadership was born.

Who we work with 

At Zenith Leadership the team has vast experience of working with companies of all sizes across all sectors, from startups experiencing rapid growth to multinationals with complex management structures.

If you need support to help your leaders be better leaders then we’d love to talk. However, we don’t work with businesses that are merely box-ticking. Instead, we are careful to work with companies whose culture aligns with our values. These values include embracing collaboration, a desire to be authentic, creating a non-judgemental environment and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

How do we do this?

Our starting point is making our clients feel they are in safe hands. We do this by creating a trusted friend space where authenticity and honesty are the key foundations. After all, we can’t expect you to be authentic and honest with us if we’re not authentic and honest with you. So we show you who we are right from the start.

While formality is often expected in this environment, our approach is more informal: we seek and welcome vulnerability and we will be candid in our support and feedback. We will deliver comments and observations that those who work under you may be afraid to say to you. However, we also want you to have a good time. We will get really good work done but we will also have fun doing it. 

By building a trusted friend space we can explore not just who you are inside the room at work but who you are as a person outside the business. This is because we want to get to know the person behind the leader to build a clear picture of everything that impacts your decision-making and reveal where the gaps are. From there we can create a roadmap to get you to where you want to be.

While this humanistic approach is fundamental to our way of working, we align this with clear and pragmatic coaching. You won’t find yourself getting bogged down in theory. Instead, we deliver simple, practical insight to give you the tools to become an exceptional leader.
